In case of an accident, the owner or driver of the insured vehicle is committed to the following:
- Refer to Security Forces who will issue a report concerning the accident and assign an expert.
- Inform and notify in writing the company about the accident within a period not exceeding three days.
- Present the company with any notification or correspondence or juridical note received by him or the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident upon receipt of the judicial notification.”
